**We’re Hiring | Finance & Collections Manager**

**Adquark Private Limited** is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Finance & Collections Manager** to take ownership of our **collections, revenue tracking, financial operations, and compliance** across our **India, US, and UAE entities**.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n

* Take complete ownership of **collections and revenue generated** across the business.

n

* Track receivables, outstanding payments, invoices, and payment schedules.

n

* Follow up with clients/partners for timely collections and maintain accurate records.

n

* Monitor daily/weekly/monthly revenue and collection reports.

n

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.

n

* Manage **accounts receivable, payment reconciliation, and cash-flow tracking**.

n

* Ensure timely **financial and statutory compliance** for our entities in **India, USA, and UAE**.

n

* Coordinate with external **CA/CPA/accounting and legal teams** wherever required.

n

* Maintain proper documentation and financial records for all entities.

n

* Support tax filings, audits, reporting, and other regulatory requirements.

n

* Identify gaps in financial processes and implement better systems for collection and reporting.

n





* Prepare regular **MIS and management reports** on revenue, collections, outstanding receivables, and financial performance.

What We’re Looking For

n

n

* Experience in **Finance, Accounts, Collections, or Revenue Operations**.

n

* Strong understanding of **accounts receivable and financial reconciliation**.

n

* Experience handling **international entities or cross-border transactions** is a strong advantage.

n

* Knowledge of **India, US, and UAE compliance** will be preferred.

n

* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

n

* Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.

n

* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external professionals.

n

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

n
