Role Overview

Multiplier AI is looking for a Performance Marketing & Account Manager to manage key client accounts, drive customer satisfaction, ensure high CSAT, handle stakeholders, lead teams, and deliver business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong Account Management, Client Handling, Customer Success, Team Management, and Digital Marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

- Own end-to-end management of assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, KPIs, and expectations.
- Conduct regular client calls, reviews, presentations, and performance discussions.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor account health, deliverables, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

CSAT & Customer Success

- Own and improve CSAT and overall customer satisfaction.
- Regularly collect and analyze client feedback.
- Identify dissatisfaction and churn risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely communication, quality delivery, and strong customer experience.
- Drive client retention through proactive relationship management.

Team Management

- Manage, mentor, and guide the digital/performance marketing team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity, quality, and timelines.
- Review deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct team reviews and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.





Performance Marketing Oversight

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Review campaign performance, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Ensure campaigns meet agreed client KPIs and budgets.
- Review reports and provide actionable business recommendations.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare and present weekly/monthly client performance reports.
- Track CSAT, account performance, revenue, retention, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Design, Content, SEO, and Operations teams.
- Provide management updates on account health, risks, and opportunities.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Success / Customer Success / Digital Marketing.
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of CSAT, customer retention, and escalation management.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and digital marketing metrics.
- Robust analytical and customer-first mindset.
