? THE ROLE

As a Business Manager, you will take ownership of business development, client acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive business development and generate new business opportunities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design teams

• Conduct client meetings and site visits as required

• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals

• Drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities

• Identify current market and business opportunities

• Ensure a strong client experience throughout the sales journey

• Track sales performance, revenue, and conversion metrics

• Take ownership of individual business and revenue targets

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience
- General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training
- Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
