Role Description The Project Management & Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring an Agro-based Food Project with various operational initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The manager coordinates with cross-functional teams, defines project milestones, interacts with Government departments, manages resources, and maintains clear documentation and reporting. On a day-to-day basis,



the role includes designing and running digital marketing campaigns, managing the Ecommerce operations, social media channels, optimizing web presence, and tracking performance using analytics tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Managment Skills and Digital Marketing skills, including experience in planning and executing integrated online campaigns.

· Experience in online sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart

· Ability to work in office in Kochi and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

- Project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reports and recommendations clearly to different teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a project management or digital marketing certification is an advantage.
