Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and governance frameworks.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and implementation teams to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project performance through KPIs and prepare status reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract and procurement-related activities where applicable.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, program management, or related leadership roles.
Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Experience in budget management, resource planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects in complex environments.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in Public Financial Management (PFM) projects.
Experience working on Government, Public Sector, Finance, Treasury, Budget Management, Revenue Management, or related financial modernization initiatives will be preferred.
Understanding of financial systems, public finance processes, budgeting, accounting, treasury operations, and digital transformation programs in the public sector is desirable.
