Phénicia, a leading executive search and recruitment firm, is currently recruiting an

Expat Senior Sales Representative ( construction , heavy and earthmoving equipments )
for one of its international clients.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director based in Lubumbashi (DR Congo), NO Remote you will be responsible for developing sales in Mining sector based in Kolwezi. The customer distributes equipment and mining products.

Key Responsibilities :
Prospect and acquire new clients in the mining sectors.
Negotiate with customers for machines sales.
Promote CAT brand and products based on client needs.
Follow-up orders and payments.
Maintain strong customers relationships and provide after-sales support when necessary.

Candidate Profile:
Significant business experience in a similar field, minimum 7 years,
Strong commercial and logistics competencies, minimum 5 years in sales and business development
Three-year Bachelor's degree.




Experience in the field of earthmoving or mining is a plus,

Languages :
Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
Hindi , and French. as a plus

Skills :
Hands-on person
Skilled negotiator.
Energetic and proactive mindset
Strong planning and time‑management skills
Windows Office suite

Position Details :
Location: Kolwezi, DR Congo
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (2 years, renewable)
Working Mode: Full time, On-site
Start Date: As soon as possible
