Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Handle B2B sales of industrial casting products.
- Identify and approach clients in Steel, Cement, Mining, and Thermal Power industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/production teams.
- Manage enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and sales closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Explore new markets and expand the company’s industrial customer base.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial/casting product sales.
- Experience dealing with Mining, Steel, Cement, and/or Thermal Power industries.
- Solid knowledge of industrial B2B sales and customer handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will be preferred.
