Key Responsibilities

n

n

Concept & Detailed Design: Space planning, schematic layouts, and detailed working drawings for high-end corporate office interiors.

n

n

Client Presentations: Present design concepts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards directly to corporate clients and decision-makers.

n

n

Estimation & Material Selection:



Prepare detailed BOQs and project estimates with up-to-date knowledge of market rates and commercial interior materials.

n

n

Site Execution & Coordination: Implement approved designs on-site. Create project timelines (bar charts) and coordinate daily with site engineers, contractors, PMCs, and vendors.

n

n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design with 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in corporate office fit-outs.

n

n

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, and 3D rendering software.

n

n

Languages: Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

n

n

Site Execution: Practical understanding of site MEP, civil, carpentry, and ceiling fit-out execution.
