Role Overview

This is a full-time role for a Graphic Designer at Ionic Wealth. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for building and communicating our brand's narrative across owned platforms.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Leading the creative design process — from conception through delivery — for all our social media marketing initiatives
n
- Creating engaging and consistent social media content including posts, carousels, Instagram stories, infographics, and other visual assets across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter)
n
- Designing client presentations, internal communication materials, and marketing collaterals that align with our brand identity
n




- Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience
n
- Supporting product feature videos through basic video creation and editing when needed
n
- Working in a fast-paced startup workplace, managing and prioritizing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight social media deadlines

Qualifications

n

n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content including posts, carousels, Instagram stories, infographics, and other digital marketing materials
n
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, presentation decks, infographics, and platform-specific content across various social channels
n
- Ability to create content that drives engagement, follows, and conversions on social media
n
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
n
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices for social media
n
- Experience working with AI technology for image creation
n
- Knowledge of wealth management or fintech industry will be useful
n
