Abou the Role: We are looking for a Design Intern – Biopharma to join our Engineering & Design team and gain hands-on experience in 3D product design, engineering drawings, prototyping, and design development. This is a full-time, on-site internship based out of Pune. The intern will work closely with the Design and Engineering team on product development, CAD design, documentation, testing, and manufacturing coordination, with exposure to real-world biopharma and single-use products. Successful completion of the internship will lead to a full-time chance with the organization, subject to performance. Education: Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering , or a related field. Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply. Experience 0 – 6 months of experience in engineering/design; freshers are welcome. Academic projects or internships involving CAD, product design, or mechanical design will be an advantage. Responsibilities: Core Work Area Assist in creating and modifying 2D/3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.



Support the preparation of engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation . Support prototyping, testing, design validation, and design improvements . Assist in taking designs from concept through prototype and production under guidance from senior engineers. Learn and apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and basic GD&T; principles. Documentation Assist in preparing and maintaining Design & Development (D&D;) documentation . Support BOM preparation, drawing revisions, document numbering, and document control . Maintain records related to design changes, testing, and development activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Design Engineering or a related field. Good understanding of basic engineering and mechanical design concepts. Required Skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD . Basic knowledge of SOLIDWORKS . Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
