Major Roles & Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and develop new business opportunities in MEP, EPC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC and related infrastructure works .
Identify prospective clients, consultants, architects, contractors, developers and industrial customers.
Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective projects.
Generate enquiries through direct meetings, references, networking, market research and industry contacts.
Regularly monitor upcoming projects and identify opportunities at the tender/pre-tender stage.
Maintain proper records of all leads, enquiries and business opportunities in the company's designated system.

2. Sales & Order Booking

Achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales/order-booking targets assigned by the Management.
Convert qualified leads into enquiries,



negotiations and confirmed orders.
Follow up continuously with clients until receipt of LOI/Work Order/PO .
Ensure adequate order pipeline is maintained to achieve future business targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts and order-booking reports to Management.
Ensure that all commercial commitments made to clients are within the approved company limits.

Key Accountability
The BDM is primarily accountable for generating business opportunities, converting them into profitable orders, achieving the assigned order-booking target, developing client relationships and ensuring a smooth transition of secured projects to the execution team.
