Regularly meet key influencers to understand project pipelines and requirements. Drive product specifications in upcoming projects and identify new business opportunities. Track projects from concept to execution and ensure brand/product inclusion. Support the complete lead journey from product presentation, colour selection, sampling and quotation to project closure. Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations and knowledge sessions.



Educate specifiers on product features, applications and innovations. Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to the regional project pipeline. Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends and customer preferences. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Teams, site teams and contractors for smooth project execution. Organize events, workshops and networking activities for the specifier community. Maintain daily activity reports and strictly follow the journey plan.
