While mCaffeine is India’s first caffeinated personal care brand, loved for its energizing and playful approach, Hyphen is built on the philosophy of simplifying skincare through science-backed formulations. Together, our brands reflect PEP’s mission to deliver quality, creativity, and care to millions of consumers. We are looking for someone with 3–4 years of experience, preferably with a solid background in beauty-focused D2C brands. The ideal candidate should thoroughly understand designing for D2C brands across digital touchpoints and be able to create high-quality, performance-driven as well as brand-led creatives.

Performance & Paid Ads: Design high-converting static, GIF, and video ad creatives optimized for CTR, engagement, and A/B testing.
Website & E-commerce Visuals: Create high-impact banners, thumbnails, and tailored assets for website, marketplaces, and partner channels.




CRM & Digital Assets: Produce visually engaging creatives for Emailers, WhatsApp, RCS, Push notifications, and landing pages.
Assist in product and model shoots, including creative direction, mood boarding, layout, and basic lighting setup.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketers to analyze creative data and iterate designs in a fast-paced environment.
Tools & AI Proficiency: Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects/Premiere Pro, and AI tools to leverage current design trends.

2–3 years' experience in D2C, ecommerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
~ Experience with CRM and performance marketing creatives
~ Be proficient in AI-powered creative tools.
~ Have a working knowledge of UI/UX principles.
~ Be capable of creating GIFs, motion graphics, videos, and animations from scratch
~ Bonus if : Experience in reels/video editing, Shoot assistance or creative production experience, Understanding of ecommerce consumer behavior
