Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A;) Practice to lead and expand our global F&A; services. This senior leadership role is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, P&L; ownership, people development, and digital

n

transformation across the F&A; portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in

n

Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R) and

n

Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with a strong focus on performance, profitability, and innovation.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Service Delivery & Operations

n

n
- Lead and ensure flawless delivery of F&A; services across clients, meeting all contractual SLAs
n
- and KPIs.
n
- Oversee and drive excellence in key processes:
n

n

a. Procure to Pay (P2P) – requisitioning, procurement, vendor onboarding, invoice

n

handling, payments

n

b. Accounts Payable (AP) – invoice processing, exception handling, vendor management

n

c. Accounts Receivable (AR) – billing, collections, dispute resolution, cash application

n

d. Record to Report (R2R) – journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.

n

e. Order to Cash (O2C) – order entry, credit checks, invoicing, collections, dispute resolution

n

- Leverage shared services and global delivery centers to drive efficiency and scalability.
n
- Drive automation and digitization to enhance process throughput, accuracy, and turnaround
n

Client Relationship & Growth

n





• Act as the strategic partner and advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

n

• Own and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) across the F&A; client base.

n

• Partner with business development, pre-sales, and solutioning teams to support pursuits and grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

n

n

P&L; and Business Management

n

• Full ownership of P&L; for the F&A; practice, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement.

n

• Identify levers for operational cost optimization and process re-engineering.

n

• Align delivery performance with strategic business goals and market expectations.

n

n

People Leadership

n

• Manage a large, global team of F&A; professionals.

n

• Drive strategies for hiring, onboarding, retention, performance management, and succession planning.

n

• Champion continuous learning, capability building, and upskilling/reskilling to future-proof

n

talent.

n

n

Transformation & Innovation

n

• Lead business transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, automation, RPA, AI, and

n

analytics.

n

• Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and best practices for each F&A; process tower.

n





• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and value creation.

n

n

Collaboration & Governance

n

• Work closely with cross-functional teams – HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance – to

n

ensure holistic governance and execution.

n

• Maintain rigorous compliance, audit-readiness, and risk management standards.

n

n

Key Requirements

n

• 15–20 years of extensive experience in F&A; Outsourcing/Shared Services, with 5+ years in a

n

leadership role.

n

• Proven expertise in:

n

1. Procure to Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP)

n

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order to Cash (O2C)

n

3. Record to Report (R2R) and financial reporting

n

• Hands-on experience in driving global operations, client relationships, P&L; management, and business transformation.

n

• Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday), workflow tools, and automation frameworks.

n

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

n

• Demonstrated success in delivering value-added services and operational excellence.

n

n

Preferred Qualifications

n

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA

n

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or digital transformation (preferred)

n
