Job Description -

We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented Chartered Accountants to join our growing Tax Advisory practice. This role offers high-impact exposure to M&A; transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, internation tax matters and cross-border tax advisory.

Positions

- Fresher CA with tax experience during articleship.
- CA with 2 to 3 years of post qualification experience in tax consulting or advisory.

Location-Erandwane,Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth research and formulate conclusions across Income Tax, FEMA, GST, Companies Act, Stamp Duty, and related statutes.
- Deliverable Drafting:



Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including detailed advisory memos, executive presentations, and Excel models.
- Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end assignment execution with clients, internal teams, and external experts.
- Regulatory Intelligence: Track evolving tax, legal, and accounting updates to draft timely updates for the firm and its clients.
- Business Development Support: Assist with growth initiatives by conducting company/financial research, drafting proposals, and preparing pitch decks.

Candidate Profile

- Strong analytical skills and a sound conceptual grasp of direct tax and international tax treaties, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Orientation towards AI.
- A proactive attitude toward project ownership and client coordination.
