Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, user-centered UI/UX for web and mobile products
Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels with a CRO-first mindset
Develop brand assets, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with marketing, product, and dev teams to bring ideas to life
Conduct basic UX research, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping
A/B test design variations and optimize based on performance data
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For
~2 years of hands-on design experience across UI/UX, graphic design, and performance/ad creatives




~ Solid portfolio showcasing diverse work — digital products, ads, and brand design
~ Expert-level proficiency in Figma (must-have)
~ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
~ Familiarity with Canva, Webflow, or similar tools is a plus
~ Understanding of CRO principles — what makes a landing page or ad convert
~ Basic knowledge of design handoff and working with developers
~ Sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
