Position: Montessori Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori Educators to create a nurturing, child-centered learning setting that fosters independence, curiosity, and holistic development. The ideal candidate should be committed to the Montessori philosophy and capable of guiding children through meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging Montessori lessons aligned with the Montessori methodology.
n
- Prepare and maintain a stimulating, safe, and organized classroom environment.
n
- Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and developmental milestones.
n
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
n
- Encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
n




- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
n
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
n
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programs.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- IMTC certification or Montessori Teacher Training certification is mandatory.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
n
- Prior experience as a Montessori Educator is preferred.
n
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Passion for early childhood education and creating an engaging learning environment.
