ABOUT THE ROLE

Adfactors PR is India's largest PR agency, working with clients across every sector – from legacy conglomerates to disruptive startups. We're looking for a Motion Graphic Artist with 7+ years of experience who can turn ideas into compelling moving images, from early moodboards and visual explorations to polished videos and dynamic assets.

n

You will be expected to think creatively, work hands-on across motion, editing and AI filmmaking, and take ideas from rough visualisation to finished video. You'll work with both AI-generated and real-world footage, shaping raw material into clear, meaningful stories.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

n

- Lead hands-on motion design & editing across a wide spread of clients and categories
n
- Translate ideas into strong visual narratives, moving from moodboards and storyboards to polished motion graphics, films and social content
n
- Use AI filmmaking tools to create and refine everything from visual explorations and impeccable static images to consistent, production-ready AI video
n
- Edit real-world footage with a strong sense of pace, storytelling, sound and craft, turning raw footage into meaningful client videos and films
n
- Keep exploring new AI,



motion and production techniques, regularly updating your workflow and skills as the tools evolve

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

n

n
- 7+ years of experience in motion graphics, editing, design or film, with a portfolio that demonstrates impeccable execution
n
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to independently take projects from edit and animation through to final delivery
n
- Excellent hands-on AI filmmaking capability - from moodboards and image generation to shot creation, consistency and polished AI video; well versed with AI suites such as Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway and ElevenLabs
n
- Strong visual and conceptual thinking, with an eye for composition, typography, movement, transitions, rhythm, detail and contemporary craft will be a plus
n
- Working knowledge of 3D software is an asset, along with curiosity and the drive to continuously learn recent AI tools, motion techniques and emerging creative workflows
