Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Customer Support role based in Bhiwandi. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations, and resolving inquiries across, phone and digital channels. Daily tasks include managing orders, handling returns and exchanges, updating customer records, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. The Sales Customer Support team member will collaborate with sales and inventory staff to provide accurate product information and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.



The role also includes gathering customer feedback to inform improvements in products and service.
Also you need to follow up with the existing customer base for new orders and payment reminders.
Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building positive, long-term relationships.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and communication abilities for engaging with diverse customers and internal teams.
- Ability to provide Technical Support related to orders, basic systems use, and product information.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced workplace and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, CRM tools, and common office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
