Handle and respond to domestic and international customer enquiries
Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure




Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related field
~ Confident in handling domestic and international clients
~ Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
~ Experience in wellness, hospitality, travel, luxury, or service-based industries will be an added advantage
