Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nutritionist Head to lead, mentor, and develop our Nutrition team.

The role involves managing team performance, ensuring high-quality client experience, maintaining WILDFIT protocols and standards, and driving continuous improvement. The Nutritionist Head will work closely with Nutritionists, Centre Heads, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure strong client outcomes and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Nutrition team to achieve performance and client outcome goals.
- Conduct daily team meetings to review performance, client updates, challenges, and priorities.
- Monitor client progress and personally intervene in Red Zone clients where required.
- Ensure adherence to WILDFIT protocols, SOPs, and the WeCare by WILDFIT approach.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and feedback sessions for Nutritionists.
- Identify training needs and drive upskilling, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.




- Work closely with Centre Heads and Quality Assurance to maintain service quality and team performance.
- Track key metrics including client retention, engagement, and transformation outcomes.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Conduct a learning and development programme for team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead, Senior Nutritionist, Nutrition Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
- Master's in Nutrition & Dietetics ,Diploma in Sports Nutrition from K11 or an equivalent relevant qualification is preferred
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring a team is preferred.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle transformation is an advantage.
