We are now expanding our counselling and admissions team and are looking for confident, ambitious and target-driven Academic Counselors who can build meaningful conversations with prospective students and professionals.
Role: Academic / Admission Counselor As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for understanding a prospect's academic and professional goals and recommending suitable programmes. You will handle prospective students through the complete counselling and admission journey—from the first conversation to successful enrolment.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads and conduct consultations with prospective students and working professionals.
Understand candidates' career goals, academic backgrounds and professional requirements.
Counsel prospects on suitable PhD, DBA, Master's and Executive Education programmes.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and online meetings.
Build solid relationships and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Address questions and objections professionally and move qualified prospects towards enrolment.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the company's CRM.
Work towards individual monthly revenue and enrolment targets.




Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.
Maintain a professional approach while dealing with domestic and international clients.

Prior experience in education counselling, inside sales, business development, EdTech, SaaS, real estate or other consultative sales roles is an advantage.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Growth ₹4 - 6 LPA + uncapped performance incentives , depending on experience and performance.
