About the Role

Broadwings is looking for a Senior Telemarketing & Operations Executive who can take ownership of outbound calling, lead management, client follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with prospective clients, organized with data and follow-ups, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the telemarketing process from lead generation to appointment coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads to generate and qualify business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and communicate Broadwings' services professionally.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/consultations with the relevant team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, call records, follow-ups, and status reports in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Take ownership of daily telemarketing operations and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation performance.
- Prepare regular reports on calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales/RM team for smooth lead handover and closure.




- Handle basic client queries and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Identify gaps in the calling process and suggest ways to improve lead conversion and follow-up efficiency.
- Support and guide junior telecalling team members, wherever required.
- Ensure disciplined execution of the calling process and achievement of assigned targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
- Only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional while speaking with prospective clients.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience handling sales/telecalling operations or junior team members will be an advantage.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, real estate, or professional services will be preferred.
