We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented qualified to support our international sales and back-office activities.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in India .

Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer inquiries and orders
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and commercial documentation
Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and open tasks
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics
Support international shipping and documentation
Maintain customer, product, and order data
Communicate with international customers and suppliers
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all activities

What We’re Looking For

Background in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field




Excellent organizational skills – this is essential for the role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Very good written and spoken English
German language skills are a plus
Independent, reliable, and proactive working style
Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of responsibilities

Location: Remote – India

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA , depending on experience and qualifications
