Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements (FB/Instagram, YouTube), presentations, and marketing materials.

- Assist in branding initiatives, including logo design, brochures, posters, and infographics.
n
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as required.

Requirements:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
n
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising workplace. Prior Real Estate experience is preferred.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
n
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing previous work.
n
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
