Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, build robust relationships, understand their business objectives, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Campaign & Project Management – Own projects from briefing to execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Client Briefing & Requirement Understanding – Understand client requirements, convert briefs into transparent internal action points, and coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, media, and production teams.
Campaign Strategy & Planning – Participate in developing integrated digital and mainline marketing campaigns across social media, branding, print, outdoor, events, activations, and other relevant channels.
Internal Team Coordination – Work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, performance marketers, media planners, production teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Presentation & Pitching – Prepare and present campaign concepts, creative ideas, media plans, reports, proposals,



and campaign strategies to clients.
Timelines, Budgets & Deliverables – Maintain project trackers, manage deadlines, coordinate approvals, monitor budgets, and ensure all deliverables are executed as committed.
Performance & Reporting – Track campaign performance, coordinate with digital/performance teams for insights, prepare client reports, and communicate key learnings and recommendations.
Business Growth & Upselling – Identify prospects within existing accounts, understand evolving client needs, and proactively recommend additional services, campaigns, or solutions.
Problem Solving & Ownership – Handle day-to-day client concerns, manage feedback and revisions, resolve execution challenges, and take end-to-end ownership of account deliverables while maintaining agency-client relationships

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
