Position Overview:

Ascendion Engineering is looking for an AI Technical Leader with a proven track record in machine learning, generative AI, and hands-on architecture. The successful candidate will lead our AI initiatives, providing technical leadership, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of skilled AI professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Drive the development and implementation of machine learning and generative AI solutions, addressing complex business challenges.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technically feasible solutions.
Architect robust and scalable AI systems, ensuring best practices in design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, evaluating their applicability to our projects and driving continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members,



promoting a culture of learning and skill development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategy, roadmaps, and deliverables.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
12+ years of technical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Architect role
Proven expertise in machine learning and generative AI, with a solid portfolio of successful projects.
Hands-on experience in architecting and implementing complex AI systems.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and other relevant AI technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technical challenges.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
