Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Design and implement microservices architecture and serverless solutions.
Work closely with the UI/UX team to integrate responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in cloud-based applications.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Robust experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript,



Redux, and Next.js is a plus.
Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Nice to have
Experience working in insurance technology or fintech is a plus.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations in web applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cooperative environment.
