An Office Boy (or Office Assistant/Attendant) is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of an office run smoothly by providing administrative, cleaning, and pantry support. Office Maintenance & Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting furniture, cleaning washrooms, and ensuring a neat setting.
Pantry Duties: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Document Handling: Photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents between departments or external offices.
Errands & Support: Purchasing office supplies, handling mail/couriers,



and assisting with tasks like organizing meeting rooms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A 10th or 12th-grade qualification is often required.
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or office assistance is preferred but not always necessary.
