Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the month-end closure process. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with accounting systems, and a explicit understanding of financial principles and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
Assist with statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings.
Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation for audits.
Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis when required.




Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal control procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
5 - 7 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Experience with vendor management and statutory compliance preferred.

Pay: ₹10,796.17 - ₹30,537.02 per month
