About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Soft Skills & Communication Faculty to conduct weekly training sessions for teachers over a period of 6 months.

The faculty will be responsible for conducting engaging, practical, and activity-based sessions focused on improving teachers’ communication, confidence, interpersonal skills, and skilled behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions every Saturday for 6 months.
Train teachers in communication and soft skills.
Cover areas such as:
Verbal & non-verbal communication
Public speaking and presentation skills
Active listening
Confidence building
Interpersonal skills
Teamwork
Qualified etiquette
Effective classroom communication
Conduct role plays, activities, discussions,



and practical exercises.
Provide feedback and guidance to participants.
Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Requirements
Experience in soft skills, communication, teacher training, or corporate training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable training groups of teachers.
Valuable command of English.
Ability to conduct practical and interactive sessions.
Willingness to commit to the 6-month Saturday schedule.
Trainers with experience in education, HR, communication, or related fields will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
