We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer & Admin Associate n

ECIC is looking for a versatile, proactive person to join our India team.

n

n

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

n

n

We are looking for someone who enjoys both creative work and getting things done. Someone who is enthusiastic about AI tools, comfortable with technology, and does not mind taking on administrative and operational responsibilities when needed.

What you’ll be doing n

n

Creative & AI

n

Create graphics, presentations, marketing materials, documents and other visual content

n

Use AI tools to improve and accelerate creative and business workflows

n

Explore new AI tools and find practical ways to use them in our day to day work

n

Help develop and maintain ECIC’s visual identity and content

n

n

Operations & Administration

n

Take ownership of recurring administrative and procedural tasks

n

Maintain and organize data, documents, records and internal workflows

n

Support our Odoo and other business systems

n

Help coordinate tasks across the India team

n

Follow up on open items and make sure processes are completed on time

n

Assist with client related operational work, reporting and documentation

n

Help improve and standardize internal processes

n

n

Team Coordination

n

Work closely with the team and management

n

Coordinate day to day activities and make sure priorities are moving forward

n

Identify things that need attention and take initiative to resolve them

n





Gradually take ownership of recurring processes rather than simply waiting for instructions

Who we’re looking for n

A graphic designer who is genuinely interested in AI and emerging technology

n

Someone who is organized and comfortable with administrative work

n

Someone who enjoys learning new software and systems

n

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents and business applications

n

A robust communicator who can coordinate with different people

n

Detail oriented and good at following processes

n

Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership

n

Comfortable wearing different hats in a growing company

n

Interested in understanding how a business operates, not just the creative side

n

You do not need to be an expert in everything. We value someone who is curious, adaptable and willing to learn.
