We’re Hiring: Sales Executive — Field Sales | Delhi NCR

GenPhase AI is looking for a driven Healthcare Sales professional to own and grow our Delhi NCR territory.

Location: Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad & Ghaziabad
Experience: 3+ years

Fixed + uncapped performance incentives

About the Role

You’ll be our first commercial hire for NCR, responsible for building GenPhase’s presence across hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging chains and teleradiology groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a strong NCR sales pipeline
- Engage radiologists, HODs, lab directors and healthcare owners
- Conduct discovery, product demos and pilots
- Drive negotiations, closures and revenue growth
- Coordinate PACS/HIS integration and customer go-live
- Develop long-term customer relationships and expansion opportunities
- Represent GenPhase at IRIA events and industry forums
- Track pipeline, forecasts and quarterly targets
- Bring market intelligence on customer needs, competitors and pricing

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of healthcare/medical sales experience — mandatory
✅ Experience in teleradiology,



PACS, imaging software/equipment, diagnostics or radiology AI preferred
✅ Strong existing network across NCR hospitals & diagnostic centres
✅ Comfortable discussing radiology workflows, modalities, TAT and reporting
✅ Business-level understanding of cloud deployment, PACS integration & data security
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Fluent in Hindi & English
✅ Self-driven and comfortable building the playbook from scratch
