Experience: 4+ years in Telesales / Inside Sales, including 3+ years of experience managing a telesales team

About the Role n

We are looking for a Telesales Floor Manager to manage our telesales team and take ownership of overall sales performance. The person will be responsible for guiding the team, improving their productivity, and ensuring that individual and company sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities n

- Manage and motivate the telesales team on a daily basis.
n
- Set and track individual and team sales targets.
n
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall productivity.
n
- Coach team members on sales, objection handling, and closing.
n
- Identify underperforming team members and help them improve.
n
- Ensure leads are followed up properly and no good lead is missed.
n




- Conduct daily performance reviews and share updates with management.
n
- Take ownership of achieving monthly team sales targets.
n

What We Are Looking For nn
- 4+ years of experience in telesales / inside sales.
n
- 3+ years of experience managing a telesales team.
n
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
n
- Highly target-driven and performance-oriented.
n
- Good understanding of sales conversion and follow-up processes.
n
- Ability to motivate a team and improve individual performance.
n
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reports.
n

Main Objective n

To build a high-performing telesales team that consistently achieves and exceeds Vedist Organic's sales targets.

n

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives
