We are hiring an Export Import Executive to manage Export & Import Documentation, Client Coordination, and B2B Operations for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Export Import Operations, Client Servicing, and Back Office Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

n

- Manage Export & Import Documentation, including Invoices, Bills of Lading, Customs Documentation, and Shipping Records
n
- Handle Client Coordination, Client Servicing, Customer Support, and Client Follow-up
n
- Support Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
n
- Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
n
- Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
n
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
n
- Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
n
- Ensure smooth B2B Client Coordination and Export Import Operations
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Oversee customs clearance and import/export documentation.
n
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
n
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
n
- Ensure timely clearance, dispatch,



and delivery of shipments.
n
- Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses.
n
- Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and other regulatory requirements.
n
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and logistics challenges.
n
- Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, duties, and logistics expenses.
n
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers.
n
- Lead and supervise the C&F; and logistics team.
n

Eligibility & Preferred Background

n

n
- Graduate / Post-Graduate
n
- Freshers and candidates with experience in Export Import Operations, Documentation, Client Coordination, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, or Telecalling Executive can apply
n
- Robust English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Client Handling Expertise
n
- 2+ years of experience in Clearing & Forwarding, Import-Export, or Logistics Management.
