We’re hiring at Calcutta Foundation | Apni Kutir.

We are looking for a dynamic, execution-oriented Manager to lead partnerships and drive community-based initiatives across our centres.

n

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of partnerships, programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with NGOs, CSR teams, corporates, government agencies, trainers, community members, and internal programme teams to ensure smooth planning and implementation across centres.

n

n

Role: Manager

n

Location: In-office and field-based

n

Type: Full time, with field travel required

n

n

Experience: 3–4 years in programme implementation, operations, community engagement, partnerships, or stakeholder management

n

Preferred background: MSW, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field

n

n

The role will involve:

n

• Building and managing partnerships

n

• Planning and executing workshops, health camps, awareness sessions,



livelihood programmes, and community events

n

• Coordinating with centre and cluster teams

n

• Supporting documentation, reporting, donor updates, and impact summaries

n

• Monitoring quality and strengthening programme implementation across centres

n

n
