About the Role

n

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive large-scale acquisition and activation of Authorized Persons (APs). This role will be responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a critical leadership role in scaling Jainam’s distribution network and ensuring consistent achievement of regional targets.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Development Managers
n
- Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals
n
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for AP acquisition and activation
n
- Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective action plans
n




- Drive large-scale acquisition of new Authorized Persons across the region
n

n

Qualifications :

n

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in sales within BFSI/Capital Markets
n
- Minimum 3+ years in team handling role
n
- Strong understanding of broking channel sales and AP model
n
- Proven leadership and target achievement record
n
- Robust analytical and performance management skills
n
