Job Summary

n

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, campaigns, websites, and other communication materials.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials .
n
- Develop graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms .
n
- Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
n
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams .
n
- Understand campaign requirements and convert concepts into visually engaging designs.
n
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colors, typography, and visual identity .
n
- Create creatives for healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, products, services, and corporate communication.
n
- Develop infographics, presentations, posters, standees, flyers, and other offline/online materials .
n
- Resize and adapt designs according to different platform specifications.
n




- Edit images, retouch photographs, and enhance visual assets when required.
n
- Handle multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
n
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and creative industry standards .
n
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
n
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or Adobe InDesign will be an advantage.
n
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy .
n
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
n
- Experience designing social media and digital marketing creatives .
n
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
n
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
n
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
n

Qualification & Experience

n

n
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
n
- 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience .
n
- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, e-commerce, advertising, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
n
- Portfolio of previous design work is required.
