Penguin Data Centre Pvt Ltd is a growing software company. We are looking for a Business Analyst Apprentice with internship experience or 0–1 year of experience to join our team and develop practical Business Analysis skills while working on live software projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Support senior Business Analysts in requirement analysis.
Prepare basic user stories, BRDs, and process flows.
Work with Development and QA teams to understand project requirements.
Assist in preparing wireframes and workflow diagrams.
Participate in testing and UAT activities.
Maintain proper documentation of project requirements and updates.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Completed a Business Analysis course/training or certification.
Internship or 0–1 year of experience in Business Analysis is preferred.
Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with MS Excel, JIRA, or similar tools.
Valuable analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and develop a career in Business Analysis.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
