Key Deliverables:
Support full stack of public/private cloud and hosted web applications.
Assist with platform solution deployments, monitoring, incident resolution, and upgrades.
Implement performance validation, regression testing, and solution change management.
Provide L2/L3 support for solution incidents and OEMs related to databases and platform technologies.
Role Responsibilities:
Administer RedHat Linux, web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache), and databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
Manage LDAP, multi-platform OS settings (Windows/Linux), and network configurations.
Script with PowerShell, PERL, Python, or UNIX Shell for task automation.
Work with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and ensure operational efficiency across solutions.
