Position: B2B Sales & Export Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, company databases, trade portals, email research and other online platforms.
Identify and research potential importers, distributors, wholesalers, PPE companies, industrial suppliers and buyers in international markets.
Find and verify buyer company details, decision-makers, email addresses, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles through legitimate business sources.
Contact potential customers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone calls.
Develop new B2B customers and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams for samples, specifications, pricing and order requirements.
Maintain and update the lead database / CRM with customer information, follow-ups and sales status.
Track leads from initial contact through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.




Research competitors, market prices, products and potential new markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international buyers.
Achieve monthly lead-generation, customer-contact and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in B2B Sales, Export Sales, International Marketing or Lead Generation preferred.
Experience in Leather Gloves, Safety Gloves, Work Gloves, PPE or Industrial Safety Products will be an advantage.
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and online B2B research.
Good English communication and email-writing skills.
Strong follow-up, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic CRM tools.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
