Job description:
Install, implement, and optimize hardware, software, networking, and configuration for GCMSD systems at customer sites.
Provide diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of product performance issues.
Deliver maintenance, calibration, and repair services , ensuring system reliability and uptime.
Advise customers on preventive maintenance, configurations, and best practices to enhance system performance.
Proactively identify and resolve potential equipment or software issues to minimize unplanned downtime.
Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software (delivery only, not design).
Serve as an internal escalation point for technical issues and collaborate with global Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D; teams.
Provide technical training, workshops,



and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal field engineers.
May conduct in office calibration for large-volume customers.
Maintain compliance with customer/vendor credentialing requirements , including certifications, health, and safety regulations.

Preferred Competencies:
Deep understanding of gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and analytical workflows .
Familiarity with third-party products and laboratory software solutions .
Experience managing customer escalations and delivering technical excellence in high-pressure situations.
Robust collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global Agilent teams
