Key Responsibilities
Manage daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Coordinate production planning, manpower, materials, machines, and order priorities.
Monitor production, productivity, machine utilization, downtime, rejection, and wastage.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials in coordination with Purchase & Stores.
Coordinate with Quality to maintain product standards and reduce rejection/rework.
Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatches.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively and maintain shop-floor discipline.
Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
Implement and monitor SOPs, processes, and operational controls.
Track operational performance through ERP/MIS reports and prepare regular management reports.
Identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives.




Ensure effective communication and coordination across all operational departments.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Production, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory, manpower, and process management.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP Business One experience is an advantage.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both shop-floor and managerial responsibilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
