Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms and hotel public areas. The candidate will ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by providing high-quality housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels
Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and furniture
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust rooms and corridors
Refill guest supplies such as toiletries, water, tea/coffee items, and tissues
Report maintenance problems, damages, or lost items to supervisors
Ensure rooms are ready before guest check-in
Maintain cleanliness in lobby, hallways, elevators, and public areas
Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
Handle laundry collection and delivery when required
Respond politely to guest requests and inquiries

Requirements
Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred




Basic communication skills in English or local language
Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays
Good physical stamina and attention to detail
Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Qualification
Minimum high school education preferred
Housekeeping or hospitality training is an advantage
