Job Summary
We are looking for a Bengali Language Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage communication with Bengali-speaking customers. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Bengali and have good communication and follow-up skills. Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, customer support, inside sales, or business development are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with Bengali-speaking customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements, appointments, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
Update customer information in CRM/Excel and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare quotations, basic sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Bengali-speaking customers.
Achieve assigned sales/support targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements





Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent Bengali communication is mandatory.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Sales Coordination.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
Strong coordination, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have previously worked in Bengali-language sales, telesales, tele calling, customer support, or inside sales will be preferred.
