We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International & Domestic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handle and respond to domestic and international customer enquiries
n
- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programes / Retreats
n
- Follow up with leads consistently and drive conversions
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure
n
- Negotiate and address customer queries to support the conversion process
n
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
n




- Achieve individual and team sales targets
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
n

n

What We’re Looking For

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related field
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
n
- Confident in handling domestic and international clients
n
- Good follow-up and lead conversion skills
n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
n
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
n
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, travel, luxury, or service-based industries will be an added advantage
n

Location: [Pune / Hybrid ]

n

Experience: 1–3 Years

n

Salary : 30K - 35K In hand per month

n

Markets: Domestic & International

n

n
