Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Own overall business growth, revenue, profitability, and operational performance of the center.

n

· Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and productivity targets.

n

· Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and build a high-performance culture.

n

· Drive end-to-end business performance, including revenue growth, portfolio expansion, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, collections, recovery, and portfolio quality.

n

· Monitor KPIs and MIS, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

n

· Ensure effective coordination across functions for seamless business operations.

n

· Drive employee productivity, engagement, retention, and capability development.

n

· Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

n

· Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

n





· Manage critical escalations and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.

n

· Support the growth and scaling of the Hyderabad center and provide regular business updates to senior management

n

Eligibility / Qualification:

n

n

· Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM will be preferred.

n

· 12+ years of relevant experience, with significant experience in FinTech, NBFC, digital lending, or financial services.

n

· Strong understanding of lending business, end-to-end operations, business performance, and financial services.

n

· Proven experience in leading large teams, managing business targets, driving growth and productivity, and managing cross-functional operations.

n

· Strong commercial, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and scale a large business centre.
