We are looking for a driven sales skilled with 4–8 years of experience to lead business development and solution sales for smart workplace technologies.
Drive B2B lead generation across commercial real estate, corporate clients, PMCs, and consultants.
Manage end-to-end sales pipelines through to contract closure and delivery handover.
4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, MEP, ELV, commercial real estate, or building technology sectors.
~ Strong network with architects, PMCs, consultants, or contractors.
~ Exposure to solution-selling, project sales, or smart building automation.
~ Bengaluru (with travel for client meetings/site visits)
