Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Prostho)

- Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the
- design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.
- Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve
- techniques, and maintain production efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical
- accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.
- Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical
- support, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental
- technology trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration
- with the manufacturing team.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.
- Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for
- ongoing quality enhancement.
- Preparing and Implementing of new SOP
- MDS in Prosthodontics.
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses.
- Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and contemporary dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
