Job Summary

Join our Global Support Team as an Associate Analyst / Analyst and provide first-level support to global employees across Customer Interaction, Finance and Technology functions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, webforms and tickets.
Understand, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them as required.
Document and track incidents/requests in the CRM/ticketing system.
Ensure timely resolution, ticket closure and SLA adherence.
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Meet service KPIs including Customer Satisfaction, Contact Quality and First Call Resolution.
Work effectively with global teams across different countries and cultures.
Participate in training, coaching and knowledge-sharing activities.




Work in a 24x7 rotational shift setting.

Support Areas

CIC: Payroll, Advantages, Time & Expense and other Talent/HR queries.

FSD: Finance/business applications including SWIFT, DTE and Accounts Payable.

ITSD: Hardware, software, applications, operating systems, network and internet support.
